Jeff is a career manufacturing and distribution supply chain leader recognized for driving exceptional results at the operational, regional, and strategic levels in the U.S. Army, Defense Industry, Automotive Industry, and Consumer & Industrial Products Industry.
Jeff’s most recent role was as Stanley Black & Decker’s Director of Global Transportation & 3PL Warehousing. Jeff has applied his leadership and technical acumen in strategic planning, supply chain design, strategic sourcing, global transportation and distribution, materials management and inventory control in North America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Jeff’s passion is team-driven efficiency, productivity, and supply chain performance in complex global environments.
Jeff’s academic credentials include a Master’s in business logistics and operations research from Penn State University, a Master’s in strategic planning from the U.S. Army War College, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration focused on industrial relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Jeff is an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional and serves on the Advisory Board of Penn State’s Tarriff Center for Business Ethics and Social Responsibility and Penn State’s Mentoring Committee.
