Training programs and internships for young people
"The young and competent in the sector of culture” project will be implemented by the Polish Initiative Association in cooperation with the association Eurocultura. The main goal of the partners is to increase the employability of graduates of human studies from the Lódz voivodeship, based on the model of competence analysis and growth.
The project activities:
1. in-depth studies (on young graduates of human studies, on employers from sector of culture and on labor market institutions)
2. specialized training for participants
3. 6 months internships for participants
