Bus ATVO to Mestre Stazione Ferroviaria (railway station) every 20 minutes during the day, bus stop in front of the arrivals level, travel time 20 minutes, price ca. 8,00 € (online, machine at the bus stop, on the bus)
then train to Vicenza:

Airport bus to Venice every 20 minutes during the day. Final stop Piazzale Roma. Travel time about 20 minutes. Cross the Calatrava bridge to the station (stazione) and drop off your luggage (3 minutes). Then enjoy Venice!
Regional trains to Vicenza leave every half hour until about 19.30, then once every hour.
Verona - Catullo Airport
Bus Verona Airlink to Verona Porta Nuova (railway station) every 20 minutes during the day, bus stop in front of the terminal, travel time 15 minutes, price ca. 6,00 € (online and on the bus)
then train to Vicenza:
a. Regional train (REG): travel time ca. 50 minutes, price ca. 6,00 €
b. Fast regional train (RV / Regionale Veloce): travel time ca. 35 minutes, price ca. 6,00 €
