Project description

The "YOUTH & DEVELOPMENT 4ALL" project is an Erasmus+ strategic partnership, key action Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices, involving Portugal, Spain and Italy.

The project aims at developing an attractive education and training program for youth workers, using peer learning and non-formal education methodologies, promoting the cooperation among countries, developing language skills and raising knowledge of best practices in the field of social inclusion, entrepreneurship and non-formal education methodologies to promote their transferability.

Participants to the training activities will also have the opportunity also to discover new cultures and foster a sense of belonging to Europe.

An outcome of the project is a manual for youth worker, which will include methodologies and resources to support intervention with young people in different fields, such as the support of social inclusion of young people or refugees.
