Project description<\/h1>

The main aim of the project is to develop a sustainable civil society dialogue between Turkey and EU Member states in area of refugee women, increasing bilateral exchanges and cooperation at local, regional and national levels. <\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

The concrete goal of the project is to increase the knowledge of refugee women about their legal rights, to develop their awareness on what is violence against women and what are the legal mechanism available in case they are victim of such violence, increasing also their access to legal services.<\/p>

The project will also achieve experience sharing and cooperation between Turkey and European Civil Society Organizations by jointly developing social mediation techniques that can be used by project partners to alleviate the social tension between refugee and local groups, thus ensuring mutual understanding and social cohesion.<\/p>

Target groups:<\/strong> cultural-social mediators working in the field of refugees, Refugee in partner countries and local people living with them, refugee women victim of violence or have potential.<\/p>

\u2022 Workshop on Social Mediation of Refugees and Locals,
\u2022 Implementation of \u201cSocial Mediation Model for Cohabitation\u201d,
\u2022 Cross-Cultural Interaction Events,
\u2022 Workshops on Violence against Women,
