Eurocultura carried on many projects focused on issues as vocational training, career counselling, employment, youth, migrants, women, granted by different European Programmes.

ECE (European commitment to entrepreneurship):
Entrepreneurship education is more than learning to create a successful
business plan; it’s an education in different general key competences,
e.g. creativity, innovation, risk taking. This transfer of innovation proposal implements this
methodology in different countries, regions and organisations to enlarge
the trading possibilities of young entrepreneurs in secondary schools,
educational institutions and companies and this to let young people get
acquainted with the European context of entrepreneurship.

iKulT – Intercultural training modules for SMEs in Europe to promote mobility and transfer of knowledge:
Intercultural competences become more and more important on the European
labour market. Enterprises are becoming more and more global and
international. On the one hand, this is reflected in the staff, which in
many enterprises is becoming more and more international with different
cultural backgrounds and different nationalities. On the other hand,
employees must become competent and confident in an international
business world. Intercultural competences are key competences.

School and the World of Work - Comenius network: The central aim of the network “School and the world of work” is to give
contributions for improvement of policies, strategies, structures and
processes in Europe, to give all young people a chance for a successful
pathway from school education to the world of work and employment.

EUTREX: Leonardo pilot project aimed to create an internet based counseling service to support young people seeking for a job, a traineeship, an apprenticeship abroad. Coordinated by Stiftung Bildung Handwerk, Paderborn (Germany) with partners in Germany, Denmark, Holland, England, Poland and Hungary.
MASKS: Leonardo pilot project aimed to furnish a toolkit which allows to detect mismatches between existing and required skills in different occupations in the social services sector. Coordinated by Instituto Balear de Desarrollo y Formación S.L. – BDF, Palma de Mallorca (Spain) with partners from Spain, Italy, Finland, Ireland.
NEPTUN: Leonardo pilot project aimed to develop an e-learning European network and a data-base to exchange know-how and information about the European Water Framework Directive. Coordinated by PROREC, Chemnitz (Germany) with partners in Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, England and Italy.
MOBILINT: Leonardo pilot project aimed to develop a counseling approach for the promotion of cross-border mobility in the crafts sector. Coordinated by Sequa, Bonn (Germany) with partner in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Holland, Germany, Italy and France.
RED DE JÓVENES: Youth Program aimed to promote the associative life between young people living in rural areas where there are very few economic and cultural opportunities. Coordinated by Adicomt, Miajadas (Spain) with partners in Portugal.
CARISMA: Leonardo pilot project aimed to the development of a Curriculum especially conceived for ecology-oriented automobile manufacturing. Coordinated by Schweisstechnische und Bildungszentrum GmbH, Zwickau (Germany), with partners from UK, Ireland, Italy and Czech Republic.
NET.ARTS AND VIRTUAL COMMUNITIES: Leonardo pilot project aimed to produce a multimedia training package for animators in the field of artistic professions. Coordinated by "Instituto de desenvolvimento social - IDS", Lisbon (Portugal) with others partners from Spain, UK, Greece and France.
MIPRO ESF ART. 6 aimed to develop methodologies to promote quality in industrial relations through workers' involvement in company decisions, especially in case of collective redundancies, transfer of undertakings. Coordinated by STZ (Sächsisches TechnologieZentrum gGmbh), Zwickau (Germany) with partners in England, Czech Republic, Italy and Germany.
REST: Leonardo study visit in partnership with the Regional Labour Office of Rzeszow (Poland) and the Prison Service, Ministry of Justice of Finland. Issue: organisation of employment services in Poland and Finland.
SELF HELP GROUP MODEL OF JOB SEEKING FOR STUDENTS AND GRADUATES: Leonardo pilot project aimed to work out the training package for animators of the "self-help group" model of job seeking - in order to achieve the graduates' promotion and their own participation in the career advancement. Coordinated by the university "Wyzsza Szkola Humanistyczno-Ekonomiczna w Lodzi" (Poland) with other partners from Spain, UK and Lituania.
D.E.S.Q. Developing European Skills and Qualifications in Vocational Training Measures: Leonardo placements for Italian trainees, in cooperation with partners in Germany, Spain, Poland, United Kingdom and Ireland.
